隐私政策

峰睿擎嵌（FRENIX）尊重并保护用户隐私。本应用是配套“汽车电子尾标”硬件的控制工具。

一、我们收集的信息

本 App 不收集、不上传、不与任何第三方共享您的个人信息。

• 蓝牙：仅用于发现并连接您的尾标设备。
• 本地网络：仅用于在您手机与设备之间本地传输图片/视频，该传输不经过我们的服务器。
• 相册：仅在您主动选择时读取所选图片/视频，并仅用于发送到您的设备。
• 内置预览素材：连接设备后，App 会从开发者服务器（www.wanglinfeng.fun）下载内置表情的预览图并缓存到本机，仅用于 App 内展示，不涉及您的任何个人信息。
• 本地缓存：素材缩略图等仅保存在本机，可随时在“设置 > 清除素材缓存”删除。

二、固件升级涉及的数据

当您使用“固件升级”功能时，App 会向开发者的固件升级服务器发送以下非个人身份信息，用于判断并下发适配的固件版本：

• 一个由 App 在本机随机生成的标识符（格式如 ios-<随机UUID>）。它不是系统设备标识（如 IDFV/IDFA），不与您的身份关联，仅用于区分升级请求，可通过重装 App 重置；
• 当前固件版本号与产品型号。

上述信息仅用于固件升级服务本身，不用于广告或跨 App 追踪，不会出售或共享给第三方。

三、数据存储

除上述从开发者服务器下载的内置预览素材外，您的图片/视频等数据仅保存在您的设备与硬件本地，不会被收集或上传至云端。

四、第三方

本 App 不包含任何第三方广告、统计或追踪 SDK，不进行用户追踪。

Privacy Policy

FRENIX respects and protects your privacy. This app is a companion control tool for the "Car Electronic Tail Badge" hardware.

1. Information we collect

This app does not collect, upload, or share your personal information with any third party.

• Bluetooth — only to discover and connect your badge device.
• Local Network — only to transfer images/videos between your phone and the device locally; this transfer does not pass through our servers.
• Photos — read only the images/videos you explicitly select, solely to send them to your device.
• Built-in preview assets — after connecting, the app downloads preview images of built-in emoji from the developer server (www.wanglinfeng.fun) and caches them locally, only for in-app display; no personal information is involved.
• Local cache — thumbnails and caches are stored only on your device and can be deleted anytime via "Settings > Clear Media Cache".

2. Data used for firmware updates

When you use the Firmware Update feature, the app sends the following non-personal data to the developer's firmware server to determine and deliver the appropriate firmware:

• A randomly generated identifier created locally by the app (e.g. ios-<random UUID>). It is not a system device identifier (IDFV/IDFA), is not linked to your identity, is used only to distinguish update requests, and can be reset by reinstalling the app;
• Current firmware version and product model.

This information is used solely for the firmware update service, not for advertising or cross-app tracking, and is never sold or shared with third parties.

3. Data storage

Except for the built-in preview assets downloaded from the developer server above, your images/videos and other data are stored only on your device and hardware locally, and are never collected or uploaded to the cloud.

4. Third parties

This app contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs, and does not track users.
